All prices listed on this website are in United States dollars (USD). If you are not located in the U.S. and want to know how much it would convert to in your currency, you can check out the conversion with Google’s Currency Converter.

Cancellations & Refunds

A deposit is required before starting any work. You can make cancellations at any time. Please keep in mind that any payment/deposits made may not be refundable, depending on the circumstances. Refunds may be offered at a portion of what was paid if the project was started but not completed.

Portfolio & Website Credit

I reserve the right to add completed projects to my portfolio and a website credit to the footer of your website. If there is a privacy issue involved, please inform me.

Copyright for Artwork

Graphic designs created at Aymber Designs are custom-created and exclusive to each business, so the designs are yours after final payment has been made. Note that I reserve the right to use stock images where necessary (when it comes to logo designs though, they are 100% custom and do not contain stock images). Any concepts that are not chosen and paid for will be a violation of Aymber Design’s rights if they are used elsewhere.

Revisions

Logo and Brand Design packages come with a maximum of 3 revisions. Any additional revisions will be billed at my hourly rate of $50. Creative Partnerships and VIP Design Days have unlimited revisions, as long as they take place within the number of contracted hours.

Abandoned Projects

A project will be considered abandoned if I have not heard from you in 30 days. You will not have any rights to use any of the work that was presented to you unless the project has been paid in full. If I have not heard from you and you contact me after the 30-day abandonment, a start-up fee will apply.

Printing with us

I offer printing and shipping services for an additional fee. Note that some print materials may not show the exact same color that is showing up on your screen. This is due to the fact that each computer screen tint is different.

Contract with Aymber Designs

By entering into a project with Aymber Designs, you are consenting to be bound by the terms of these policies and procedures. We post links to this page on our website so you always have access to it.
